I took my vehicle in for service on 09/10/2011 for the 5000 mile service. They told me that my tires had been rotated.
On 09/17/2011 I recieve an e-mail stating that my tires need to be rotated. What is going on does not the right hand
know what the left hand is doing? Or maybe when I took in the vehicle they did not rotate the tires this is very
confussing for me.
