Question: 2005 Highlander 4wd Brake question

Can anyone tell me the 4 torque settings for the front caliper brackets and calipers, along with the rear caliper brackets and calipers? Also, there is a slotted rubber grommet on the rear caliper. I assume this has to do with adjusting the park brake? I wanted to be sure it has nothing to do with removing the rotor?
